How fast will it arrive?
Our kits ship from a US warehouse: orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and most arrive 3–7 business days later, with free tracking.
How hard are the kits to build?
They are designed for adults and teens (14+). The Atlantis book nook, for example, has 229 pieces and takes about 3–5 hours. Most of our kits take an evening or two.
What if a piece is missing or broken?
Email support@hazelhaul.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund. You will not need to send anything back.
Can I return it?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our returns policy.
Is checkout secure?
Payments are handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.
