Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping cost
Standard tracked shipping is free on every order.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive 7–14 business days after dispatch. Each product page shows its estimated delivery window.
- Orders ship from our fulfillment partners, so items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.
- Holiday season: order by December 5 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you have not received it within 4 business days of ordering, email us at support@hazelhaul.com.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will fix it before dispatch.
